Hit A Brick Wall?


Like a lot of bloggers I get stuck, don't know what to write, so to help myself, fellow bloggers and also for people that have just generally lost all motivation and inspiration, I'm gonna give you all some tips!


Firstly don't panic! It'll come to you eventually, just don't become anxious because that's not gonna help anyone. When I've hit a wall I just go and do something else, this takes my mind of it and just like that hey presto! I've got it, ideas will come to you when your least expecting it. Normally I'll put some music on, have a little dance, then I go back to what I've been trying to do, or I even just sleep on it and generally by morning I've got it! But what you must do is write it down, because what's even more frustrating is getting the answer and just as soon as it pops into your head its out again. I have a little notebook from Paperchase that I carry round every where... just in case. 

 
Pinterest is a great place to get inspiration, just browsing through will always give me an idea about something. Also for those fellow bloggers, go and have a look at other blogs, they might give you an idea...but don't copy!
If your finding it really hard to get motivated, whether your trying to loose weight or get fitter and you can't seem to go out in the rain for that run, think back to what made you want to become fitter or lighter... it might be because you want that bikini body or you just want to improve your health, keeping your goal in your mind is one of the most important things to reach that goal because if you lose focus your not gonna get there!
I always think its important to have a break, go somewhere with your family or go see a friend or even just longing on the sofa watching films all day (me!) By the time you get back to work you'll be bursting at the seams with ideas!
