" French France"

The tourist areas of France are beautiful, unique and impressive but I believe that the unknown villages are the hidden treasures, of France, like a secret alcove in a busy corridor. The scenery and architecture are just as cultural and stunning as a busy tourist areas; there just even prettier. With no background noise or confused stationary tourists to battle with, the villages seem more tranquil and innocent to the rest of the world. The quiet streets lead to a better view of France. Of course the tourist attractions must be seen and will hopefully always remain a hotspot on a travellers journey, but I think in order to value the true blissfulness and charm of France you have to experience what has become known to my family as "French France." The quiet country lanes, where an old french man proudly drives his old beaten up tractor, give a real feel of everyday life for a frenchman.

The classic film scenery, staged in a movie, are living proof that untouched beauty still exists. The pictures included are little snapshots of what tourists are missing out on. Despite me describing my disappointment in the lack of visitors to these inspiring places, I wish them not to become a busy hive of people, thats not the point of this post. If travellers visited these parts of France, they would loose there innocence and what I am describing, they would no longer be special. The meaning behind this post is to introduce and alert tourists that only judge France on the crowded tourists sites, those that don't see, "French France."
